Information we collect
When you request information, an application, a campus tour, or a video call, we collect the details you provide. These may include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, preferred class schedule, appointment preferences, how you heard about us, questions, and contact consent. Advertising platforms provide us with the information you submit through our lead forms.
Our website and its service providers may also receive your IP address, browser and device information, referring page or advertisement, cookie identifiers, pages visited, and interactions such as submitting a form. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive documents in inquiry forms.
How we use information
- Respond to your questions and provide program, tuition, schedule, and admissions information.
- Arrange campus tours and calls, send requested application information, and follow up on your inquiry.
- Maintain inquiry records, operate and protect the website, and troubleshoot delivery problems.
- Measure advertising results and understand how visitors find and use our website.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and address requests concerning your information.
Service providers and disclosures
Information is available to school personnel who handle inquiries and admissions, and to providers that help deliver these services. Website forms use FormSubmit to forward submissions to admissions@schealthcarecollege.com. Hosting, email, communications, and advertising providers process information needed to provide their services.
Google receives information through the Google Ads tag described below. When you use a lead form on TikTok or Meta services such as Instagram or Facebook, that platform also processes information under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, or the protection of legal rights.
Cookies and advertising tracking
Optional Google measurement is off until you choose Allow measurement. If enabled, the Google Ads tag measures accepted inquiries, application requests, and tour requests. Google may receive browser, device, visit, cookie, and advertising-interaction information. Our custom measurement events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, questions, or other form answers. Inquiry details are still sent to our form and email providers so Admissions can respond.
Use Cookie choices at the bottom of any page to decline or change your choice. Forms and contact options work without optional measurement. Global Privacy Control and enabled Do Not Track signals keep optional measurement off. Your choice is stored in this browser; clearing browser storage resets it. Declining stops future optional measurement but does not delete data already received by providers. You can also manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and the settings of TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
Contact preferences and privacy requests
You may ask Admissions to stop promotional follow-up, correct your contact information, or review or delete information you supplied. Email admissions@schealthcarecollege.com or call (626) 653-1346. For text messages, you may reply STOP to request that texts stop; you can also contact Admissions directly. We may still respond to a request you initiate or send necessary administrative communications.
Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses or disclosures of your personal information, including qualifying advertising uses. Contact us to exercise applicable rights or ask about our practices. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. This policy does not make consent to marketing a condition of enrollment.
Retention and security
Inquiry information may remain in school email and service-provider systems while needed for admissions follow-up, administrative records, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and purpose; contact Admissions with a deletion request or retention question.
No website, email service, or electronic storage system can guarantee complete security. Use the inquiry forms for general questions and contact Admissions for instructions before sending sensitive records.
Children and student records
These program inquiry services are intended for prospective college students and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information, contact Admissions so we can address it.
This policy covers website visits and program inquiries. Formal applications, enrollment documents, and student records may be subject to additional notices, school policies, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and revise the effective date. For material changes, we will provide a notice on the website or another appropriate notice when required by applicable law.
